Burlington Iowa location on July 2, 2022 Ordered online thought it would be easy never did it before. Went to the drive up window to grab order when I told them my order # they said we didn’t start anything our broilers are broke. We didn’t get our food and we got charged over 28.00 even though they said we wouldn’t get charged! I tried to call this morning and the phone number is disconnected. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They served me hard over fried hash browns. I brought them back and they tell me there's nothing they could do about my situation. The Manger didn't have enough courtesy to come out herself. The one young lady who took my order was really apologetic and tried to help. She offered a milkshake in place of the hard asszzzzz hash browns. I guess they say 🤷🏿 you pay for what you get. The reason I stopped eating Burger king years ago. If you have too try to pass this burger king customer service is terrible. Even the guy that was in there said his food wasn't right. He was picking up a Door dash said he wouldn't eat at this location ever again.run they don't wear mask gloves or hair Nets. Place was dirty as well

Waited 10 minutes for my order, they said sorry for the wait, we were waiting for fresh food. Would have been fine if it had been fresh. Chicken was warm and tough, fries were warm an oversalted. Nothing was hot or fresh. Best part of the meal was the orange hi-c.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food that was cold. We asked for only KETCHUP on items and even confirmed it at window, but got home to find everything on them. Tried to get sandwiches replaced but was told no because manager wasnt there. No one was wearing any masks or even gloves when preparing food. Not impressed at all!
