We were referred to John Russell by a friend that had moved from out of state and used John to find a house this spring. That is how we met John and Flo. So glad we asked. Moving from out of state and said we would never buy real estate in California. But John made the process enjoyable and we were so glad to have his knowledge and expertise. Flo and John were fantastic! Their knowledge of the Real Estate market in our area is unmatched. They are also very honest when it comes to telling what is required to sell a home. Like many sellers, we thought our house was worth more than what it really was. Flo and John suggested a lower initial list price, but we believed it should be higher. They let us list it higher, but as we learned, they were correct. Though they have a great marketing system, after some time we needed to lower the price to what they initially thought it should be. Then it sold. They have a great support team to handle everything, including services like photography, painting, flooring, landscaping, etc. They also have a great processing team that handled all of our contracts, paperwork and signings without any issues. We highly recommend Flo, John, and the Bullock Russell Real Estate team!

Selling your home is one of the most important and difficult undertakings we face in life.It's critical to have the right advocate in todays market especially with higher priced homes. Bullock Russell RES is the ideal team from the seller's prospective. Anybody can list a property on the MLS. You want an agency that knows and understands your market. They know Coto and Dove Canyon and what motivates buyers to this area. They arranged staging of the interior, used professional photography and videography to take full advantage of digital media and made sure the property had posting in domestic and international search sites. They made sure to have a representative at every property showing and provided useful feedback after each viewing. They actively marketed the property. The whole Bullock Russell Real Estate Company steps up and insures the task is accomplished. Always got back to me when they said they would, updated me throughout and nothing was too much trouble and always went above and beyond for us as a client. We didn't have an easy house to sell.
