DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !! this place has gone down hill with the new director in place. Its unfortunate I'm leaving this review because my child who is special needs has attended before/ after care and summer camp at this center for about 4 1/2 years with an overall good experience until now. The former director/owner MS. Jennifer who is longer with the center was the most sweetest and showed so much care with in her actions , as well as Ms. Angel who is a previous staff member. Since the change over my child started to come home stating "He don't like the day care anymore" (He has never said this previously). I also never had any issues with previous staff or the previous director. The new director Mr. Jirell is very unprofessional, aggressive, and handles situations in a very hostile manner. Most of all I will not tolerate a grown man who is suppose to be the director putting his hands on my special needs child. Everything about this center just seems off now and all the good staff I have encountered has now left. My child will never step foot in this establishment ever again. I do hope that what transpired does not happen to any one else child or the children who remain there. Again DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE !!

That other reviewer is obviously an employee. This place is terrible. Run down, and whatever they tell you, you need to get it in writing! They constantly switch up on any and everything and have way too many fees! Registration fee, activity fee, supply fee, summer fee I literally can’t keep up with all the fees. Some days they were supposed to take kids on a “field trip” they just blew up a toy and let them outback. This place is ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

I had to leave a review as none of the other parents felt a need to. Yes this was a must!! I have a 9 month baby and he had 2 daycare experiences before this one, we we're going to keep trying until we got it right and we got it right!! Ms. Angel is the sweetest, she gave me the tour, assisted with registration and answered all of my questions. Ms. Dawn is the Director of the Infant Center and my son loves her dearly - he's been here almost a month now, and after a week he felt like home. The child:provider ratio is amazing here. I believe there are 4 providers total in the center and they all are super loving and attentive to the children. Just a few quick facts. Hours - 6:30 am to 6:30 pm For Infants - You need to provide food, pampers, wipes, 4 changes of clothes, 4 bibs, one fitted crib sheet, formula, food and snacks. Vouchers - YES! Organization - Isn't a strong key with this facility. Kid Separation - 1 yrs and under and kept separate from the 12 mon. - 2 yrs, and 2 and older and in a completely different building...right across the grass. But most importantly - they will love your kids and your kids will love them! Update!! I just want to respond to other reviewer who said I was an employee lol.... I'm definitely not!! An employee wouldn't out how bad their organization is. Seems as if this parent has a child whom isn't in the infant center, my son is 1 years old.. .so I can only speak on my experience in the infant center.

Just like the other parent felt the need to write a review, I also feel like I need to write one. Unlike the other parent my experience with this daycare center was a nightmare. The biggest fear of moms after having a baby whom want to return back to work that must utilize the services of a daycare center is that their child will not be properly cared for by the staff at these facilities. My biggest fear was manifested when after giving birth and then being on maternity leave for 3 months with my child, I returned back to work and on the second day, my child came home with a rash so severe I could not stop crying. I was in disbelief that in just only 2 days of being at Building Bridges Day Care Center that the staff could be so neglectful and allow this to happen to my 3-month-old child. I immediately pulled my child out of this daycare without any hesitation and will advise any other parent to do the same. The bottom line of this review is that I do not recommend this daycare for infants and wanted to put other parents on notice because if I had read a review like the one that I am posting now, I most certainly would not have even taken a chance putting my child in this daycare center. In fact, if I could give 0 stars for this review I would. Place your child in this daycare center at your own risk but YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
