Bradley Lolli-Bregoff1 StarDefinition of slum lords. Do not rent here. They Do nothing to update or fix the house. Replaced broken refrigerator with another broken refrigerator that doesnt close. Single pane windows in tahoe. Unadressed mold problem. Went a whole winter with the heat out. Then when it was replaced the old unit sat in the driveway for 4months! Advertised hott tubb in rent but wont pay for maintenance. And they even keep your deposit too. All around scumbags at the bruening associates. Save your receipts.
