Greg Hall5 StarBridget Benson did amazing job helping me sell my rental property. She did a great job advertising the property and making arraignments for showings. She found a buyer within a week and handled all of their questions and concerns professionally. She also worked well with a difficult tenant who occupied the residence during the sale. The sale became complicated when the appraiser filed incorrect paperwork on several occasions with the lender. Bridget was quick to respond to the appraiser, requesting documents be corrected. On several occasions I felt the buyers might back out of the sale due to the appraiser’s mistakes. I honestly feel that if it weren’t for Bridget’s determination and hustle the sale could have easily failed.
