Thoughtful, honest and caring professionals who guided us meticulously to find our dream home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lori True of the Olsen Team as our realtor. We looked for almost a year for our dream home, in a historically challenging market. Lori was extremely patient as we worked out what we liked, and took us to over 30 homes. One of the most helpful things about her was her honesty and directness: she was very upfront about properties she didn’t think would be a good fit, and told us things that would or would not add value to the property. I’ve had poor experience with other agents in the past but Lori was incredible: she genuinely seemed committed to helping us find THE home rather than just settling, and provided invaluable insight into the Orinda, Moraga, and Lafayette neighborhoods. When we found THE home, she took us every step of the way to land it. I highly recommend her as a top realtor with above and beyond service, care, patience and professionalism. We will definitely look to her expertise again in the future.

The realtor we worked with was Joy. Joy was more than helpful in finding us a home we loved! She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She made finding a home a breeze and we are very grateful we found her and her team. Additionally, both helped identified areas to consider within each open house and provided honest and candid feedback during the process. Lori was a tremendous help during what was a rough market for buyers. She was by our side for 9 months answering questions, educating us about the home-selection and home-buying process, and helping us bid as first-time homebuyers.
