Visiting our Cafes

Q: What safety precautions are we taking during this time?

A: For the health and safety of our customers and team members, our operational practices have been updated to ensure safe visits to our cafes. Team members have their temperatures taken at the start of every shift, wear masks, and practice social distancing.   We have installed extensive counter shields  and make sure that all surfaces are disinfected at regular intervals throughout the day and between shifts.

To limit the amount of time in our cafe space, we are serving a modified “to-go” only menu and orders. Unfortunately, for the safety of our customer and staff, at this time we aren’t able to offer restrooms, indoor table seating, self-service condiments, or water during grab-and-go service.

To maintain social distancing, we have floor decals that indicate where customers can safely stand and shields across the counter area, separating customers from our team members. Additionally, to limit touch points, we are only accepting cashless payment and no longer requiring signatures for credit card payments.

Q: How can we order?

A: You may order online on this website or visit our cafes to order in person.  You may order ahead for in-store or curbside pickup using the Toast Take-Out App.  You may also place your order on ordering kiosks we have installed in the cafes.  

Q: How many people will be allowed in the cafe at one time?

A: We have greatly reduced the capacity of the cafes to make sure everyone can safely stay at least 6 feet apart from one another. Since each cafe is a different size, this will vary from location to location based on distancing squares. Due to limited spacing inside our cafes, we strongly encourage ordering ahead online or through the Toast Take-Out app.

Q: What methods of payment will you be accepting?

A:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Cash will be excepted at all locations.
