It is often said that buying a home will be one of the most important decisions you have to make, definitely one of the most expensive. So selling a home has its challenges as well. This property was our 1st, so in a strange way we will remain sentimentally attached to it, full of fond memories flood our minds, when we reflect on all of the wonderful events we were able to provide for family and friends. Brandon goes above and beyond for his clients! I contacted Brandon in Feb 2021 to help my brother and I list our childhood home and, while we had completed a portion of the work ourselves, Brandon brought his team of experts to help complete the transformation. He was also incredibly helpful in setting our expectations as far as timing and what homes were going for in the area. We could not be more pleased with the quality of service that Brandon, and Sereno Reality, provide their clients and would gladly use them again!
