I highly recommend Bob as an agent to sell your home. He represented me as I sold my duet home in Palomares Hills in Castro Valley. A man of few words, he spends more of his time listening and understanding your needs so that he can offer his recommendations and allow you to take the best course of action. Unlike other agents I have spoken to, Bob was authentic, honest, and not pushy at all. He partnered with me during the process and provided me with his services as a trusted advisor. 2) Bob is highly skilled and knows how to handle complexity My buyer’s loan fell through on the 1st attempt a few days before close. Bob helped me navigate the dilemma very well by talking through and laying out the various options and scenarios that we could go through to deal with the situation. Someone less skilled and experienced would have faltered. We ended up giving the buyer a second chance and re-negotiated some key terms to try to compensate for my losses and troubles. We also had the COVID-19 environment to deal with. Unprecedented to all of us, the situation presented unique challenges in selling a home. Bob provided a virtual tour and presented my home very well in the listings. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bob for your real estate needs. We recently used Bob to help sell our Fremont home. Bob is very transparent and honest with the process. From the first introduction meeting until the keys were handed over to the buyers, Bob was patient in explaining every step and answering any questions along the way. When it came to preparing the the home for sale, Bob provided recommendations (pros/cons of doing certain upgrades/repairs) and even provided referrals for contractors if we didn't have our own.
