Melody made the purchase of our new home a very easy process from start to finish. She showed us all of the properties that were available and gave us a great tour of the neighborhood, telling us about the advantages and the inside details. She helped us step by step and even lined up quotes for homeowner insurance. We closed quickly and Melody continues to go above and beyond by helping with service and delivery folks when we can't make it to Avila during the week. We would highly recommend Hal and his team of professionals. We had a major problem during our escrow and Hal solved the problem for us.
