Lorra was fantastic representing my husband and I on all the steps in being a first ranch owner. With the varies country property systems, such as septic and well, these systems were unfamiliar to us. She was with us every step of the way, being there to explain how they work and meeting the service/inspection technician with us, so we could become familiar with these systems. She was fully involved with our transaction every step of the way. Also, Lorra was exceptional at keeping the escrow moving along to ensure an on time closing date. She made all the negotiating easy and streamline. We felt very confident in her hands, as our representative. Her dedication to our ranch residence buying experience was never ending. Lorra was simply amazing. Her skill and guidance through our two transactions was a higher bar ever set by any of our other realtors. Lorra thinks ten steps ahead so we did not have to. She managed each and every challenge that came up. Her knowledge in a vast amount of issues was a plus. It did not matter if it was a land, real estate or technical issue Lorra was always the most knowledgeable person in the room and if she wasn't she knew how to put the most knowledgeable person in the room for us. I could go on and on but I will close with the simple truth, Lorra does not just "call it in" as many realtors do. She is invested 100%. So glad she is our Realtor!
