Earlier this month we purchased a cabin in Arnold, and the service we received was top-notch. From the moment we connected on the phone, during the search for a property, through the offer and escrow period, to post-sale follow up, I just can't say enough about the positive experience with BAP.
Our lender caused a number of headaches throughout the buying process, as well as a few hiccups with the seller and property itself. We felt beyond supported by Carmie every step of the way, even though I know it made her job more difficult. She was on top of everything and super communicative.
After we closed on our cabin, she's continued to check in and see how things are going, and to provide recommendations for local businesses to do work on the property. Everyone we've hired at her suggestion so far has been A+.
