Barry Hecht5 StarFriends suggested Bethesda PT to me after my having gone to a different group for years for a series off knee and back surgeries with not much to show for it.
Immediately the structure and tone of the PT sessions were different and noticeable, far more physical, the reps of exercises much greater. After four visits I started to notice positive changes in my knee and back. After a session with either Al or Wendy I’d be sore the next day, which I’d not felt previously. I came in stooped over from a recent back surgery and now walk upright. I feel like I’m being coached and coached by two great ones who are hands on, talk plainly and know what’s going on. I recommend Bethesda PT to everyone but be ready to work to make yourself better.Friday 31st March 2023
