Mike Walton did a two way deal with us that involved selling our home first before we could even attempt to bid on another home. He maneuvered very carefully for us so that we where ensured a home to live in throughout the entire process. Once we secured a buyer there was ample breathing room to successfully find a lender and subsequently a property that not only met but far exceeded our expectations. We where well advised and prepared throughout all phases. Once settlement occurred we where able to sell our home and purchase the new one within hours of each other. We would recommend Mike for all phases of real-estate, as he has extensive connections with the community, agents, movers, builders, contractors, and painters.
