This place is a nightmare. A dog with diabetes was lodged against policy while I worked here and it passed away because it went into shock and staff weren't trained to handle it; Lynsey tried to make the owner pay for its lodging anyways. Chickens the owner kept in one of the dog runs were regularly found dispatched by the dogs of paying customers. Staff were made to deal with extremely large and aggressive shelter dogs and have gotten seriously injured because of it. Promised raises weren't given out for years. Rats that were regularly let out in barns were kept alongside the cats of paying customers. Lynsey let a cat live in a hole in the ceiling of the cat room. Rabbits were kept in cages barely big enough to turn around in with wire floors alongside dogs that bark all day long. Read the recent reviews of this place and take your pet somewhere better. Ask for an in-person tour of any facility you plan to leave your dog at too.

I dropped my cat off early on a Thursday with ten cans of food, picked him up mid-day on the following Monday, and when I was given my extra food to take home, I figured it'd be just about two cans or so. They handed me back 7 cans. That leaves me to assume he was only fed three times over an almost five day stay. They also left a food dish in his crate which also leads me to think he was kept in his crate for the most part? He's also been very needy after coming home the last two times he's stayed there. Last time he wouldn't leave my side for three whole days. They also keep chickens and ducks out back behind the kennels in view of the dogs so the dogs are constantly barking and wound up which I think is kinda cruel for both the dogs and the birds. We've been coming to this facility for over ten years, since it was Cindy's. We are likely never going back for any reason.

Do not board your pets here, especially dogs. My fully vaccinated dogs (including canine influenza) came home stressed and sick. Client dogs have to be fully vaccinated, but rescue dogs in the same space come in with unknown vet history. There is no separate quarantine area for the rescues. Other issues worth knowing about: - staff isn’t always paid on time, which has led to a vicious cycle of understaffing. - the drop off area constantly smells like a dirty litterbox. Something somewhere is not getting cleaned enough. - there are stairs from the office down to the kennels. If you have a dog that can’t do stairs, this is not the place for you. - if you board two dogs, they will not be put in the same run together. - there are waterfowl on the property. If you have a bird, I strongly suggest you board somewhere else. Do not take your frustrations out on the staff. This is not their fault. Fault lies solely with owner/manager.

They did a great job grooming my little, feisty girl, Foxy. My girl looks so nice now that her crazy long hair has been tamed and shaved.

We have a 13 week old Boxer, Heidi. She attended 2 days of play time last week to get her socialized. This week, Monday-Thursday, she is getting trained by Linsey, the owner of Benny's and Infinite Pawsibilities dog training. She is a graduate of the Tom Rose School of Dog Training. She uses only positive training methods (no pinch collar). Heidi is our third Boxer. I attended night training classes with the previous two but this is a great way to have your pet trained and she spends training time with you. Owners have to be trained, too! Heidi gets 2 play times per day included with the training fee. Well worth it. She is better on the leash after the first day. You deserve a polite pet.
