Georgie was a very difficult property manager to work with and I cannot stress that anyone working with her should proceed with caution. When I was preparing to sign my lease and did the walk through, she never showed back up to the property to do the repairs. After waiting to hear from her and never receiving any communication, I decided to not renew my lease. It took her SIX (6) MONTHS to submit a form to the county so that I could get the water account in my name. She is quick to make accusations, as to not accept any responsibility for her lack of performance. I would not recommend her or her company to anyone.

They have refused to handle my issues promply, lied to me about why the issues arent being resolved, and told me to deal with it when the repairs that were eventually made were made incorrectly. Complete slum lords IMO. I am going to Specifically name Georgie Canyon as the leading culprit in this as she has been my property manager and has been the worst experience of my life.

Kathy Navarro has earned my highest recommendation as a Realtor, and as a result, I would highly recommend Avery Hess Realtors! As a first-time homebuyer, I was looking for someone with the knowledge and patience to help me through the buying process. But sifting through all the potential realtors was overwhelming… I received solid references from a friend about her. She is the real estate agent that I finally decided to work with understood and worked with me in accommodating my timeframe with professional integrity. She has gone way above and beyond the call of duty and always showed be flexible, good to communicate and easy to work with. The first thing I liked about her is her pro-activeness, and enthusiasm. She was patient, kind, and most off all listened to what I needed. She was fair, honest, always available and guided me in the right direction. I am so blessed with my home and that I found Kathy! As a typical first-time home buyer, I had a lot of doubts and question that she answered promptly or responding emails as soon as she could. She provides much more than the required services; Kathy went the extra mile. She has been much more like a partner, not just a real estate agent. She made the process with a positive attitude and the service she provided me was the absolute best, purely professional from start to finish. During the entire process I always received an immediate response. Thanks, so much for the help that you provided me. Kathy Navarro your service was invaluable and again, I would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers!

Georgie, one of the property managers is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She's shrewd and yells at you when you ask basic questions. I called the landlord of the property to report that it's IMPOSSIBLE to deal with her to which she told me "don't worry, you're not our only contractor that's told us that" I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this lady.
