Arrow property management specifically Susan Bingham rented me a cute two bedroom in cutten I rented from her for five years she was always polite and really attentive to any issues I had I then moved to a three bedroom also ran by arrow and never had any issues I would highly recommend them and I just wanted to say thank you for giving me and my son a place to call home for five years and keep up the great work.

Illegally evicted so the " landlord can move in" No landlord moved in and they did this to my neighbor less than a year ago. Nice doing business up till that point

Beware of the lying to move you out. We were told a family member needed to move in, so we were given a 60 day notice right after Christmas. We paid our rent on time every month for almost five years. Just found out Susan the owner lied to us and posted the home on Craigslist for rent.

Susan Replied and got back to me in a timely manner and answered all legal questions without bias. I received my deposit back in a timely manner along with a receipt. I felt safe, secure and knew I wasn't being taken advantage of despite my young age. A true Professional!
