Our experience with him was clearly not a fluke — his track record shows that he simply does not rest until he closes the deal. When we first contacted Arnak, we were anxious about today’s competitive market. We had heard stories about people getting outbid ten times in a row. To our surprise, we closed on our home after submitting just one offer. Arnak was essential to making this happen, and we’re extremely grateful for all of his hard work. Arnak is also a funny and caring person, so it was nice to get to know him as we went through the home-buying process. Arnak helped me find a place to call home!!! After searching many different rental listings, I came across one of Arnak’s. Setting up a showing was easy with him. He showed me a place and answered all of my questions. My only concern for the place I viewed was the size of the living room. Arnak had a solution for that! He told me about another place that he thought I would like. I was able to set up a viewing for the next day! (Thank you to Anita for showing me around.) I fell in love with his suggestion and I had to have it. Arnak made the process simple and his communication was amazing. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and worked around my schedule thought the whole process. I was able to finish everything and receive my keys within 2 days! I am now in a place I love and I feel right at home. Thank you!!!
