Brianna and the Armario team are amazing! We worked with Brianna and DeAnna to purchase our new home. From the first phone call we had with them we felt they would be the best choice to help us navigate a crazy market, and we were right. Brianna was very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. She helped us find houses in our price range, prepare competitive bids and negotiate a great deal for a house we love! We recently had the privilege of working with Amanda Sarich while selling our Livermore home. Although we were nervous about selling our home and purchasing a new one Amanda was able to calm our nerves and answer all of our questions. Amanda definitely understands the real estate market and conducts herself as a true professional. She was very patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. She had an excellent marketing strategy and was able to get us well over the asking price for our home. I would definitely recommend using Amanda when buying/selling a home. She was a joy to work with.

She was available for us pretty much 24/7, able to take us to see homes with late notice, and helped us to find the perfect home. I was recommended to DeAnna from a friend as I needed to have a house sold in California while I remained out of the state. From our first conversation we had, I knew that DeAnna was going to be a pleasure to work with. She is so friendly and I felt like I knew her already. She took time to understand my situation and what I needed to have accomplished and she got right to work on getting it done. Along the way DeAnna made some great suggestions how I could give the home more curb appeal and get me a nice closing price without having to spend a lot of money and it completely paid off. DeAnna had me a few qualified buyers within just a few days and we were able to close successfully and a day early. I really appreciated how she kept in touch utilizing phone calls, texts, emails and messenger. She did not hesitate to answer my many questions and kept me informed at each and every step. My biggest concern was the current tenant and that everything was done to make it very easy for her to relocate and DeAnna even helped make sure that went very smoothly for her. One of my other concerns was having to travel from out of state to get the home prepped for sale, but thanks to an amazing tenant who took extremely great care of the home, DeAnna assured me she would be able to take care of everything so I would not have to make any travel arrangements. Deanna and her team at Armario Homes was simply Amazing. DeAnna did everything just like we discussed on the phone and I am extremely happy to recommend her and her team at Armario Homes.
