Don’t ever order to go/ curbside pickup/ DoorDash etc. They literally don’t care about to go orders! I ordered a three cheese penne and it just taste like pasta and chopped up old chicken ( see picture for comparison). They didn’t even bother to give me the breadstick that comes with it. The whole thing was disgusting. I’ve had it in the restaurant, and it’s always nice and fresh with strips of chicken. Stop cutting up the darn chicken, make sure there’s enough cheese sauce on the pasta, and the breadstick need to come with the meal.

After long week ordered the Bourbon Street Steak Togo and picked it up carbide to go. Not only did they forgot the onions and sides. I ordered well done and it was rarer then rare. Waste of $25 for an unedible meal.

Was pretty good, lights could've done with being a tad brighter but the steak was as ordered and food stayed hot for a while. Server was great as well.

I have been visiting this chain for more than 15 years, which in fact is my favorite and that of my family. For the first time I arrived today and three unfortunate things are recorded. 1) They grabbed my order without letting me know or question how I ended up preferring the meat. 2) The appetizer that fascinates me so much, they filled my chicken with barbecue sauce without asking for it and in fact I don't prefer it or eat it. 3) Finally just 3 minutes from bringing the ticket to pay, they brought me the spoon, knives and I convert for the meat. uffff 4 to 5 pm 9/16/22
