We met Tony by chance during an open house and it was the best luck we've ever had in real estate. In the very competitive home buying market in San Francisco, we had been discouraged after several months of looking. Tony helped us secure our dream home in Russian Hill within a matter of a week and we closed shortly thereafter. He had great insights during the bidding process and was incredibly responsive to all of our questions through closing which made things very easy for us. I have worked with several realtors over the years and Tony is by far the most professional. We now recommend him to all of our friends in the Bay Area who are interested in buying or selling a home. It is also very helpful that he grew up in the city so has great connections and knowledge of every specific neighborhood.

I had a pretty difficult ask for my search. Basically I was in town for 1 week and needed to see as many neighborhoods and properties as I could. This was in December and inventory was extremely low. Antony started working with me right away before I got in town and laid down what I need to have in place and what I should expect to see. By the time I arrived in town we already had multiple days worth of viewings ready to go. On the first day we saw a "pre-market" home that was prepping for an open house that weekend. We were able to get in our offers without any competition and had it accepted with an inspection contingency, which is somewhat unheard of these days. Antony was super professional and replied to any dumb questions I had (which were a lot). Even 2 months after closing I'm still asking him questions. We heard all of these horror stories about how the housing market was and the pains and letdowns of home buying prior to working with Antony. The whole process seemed super simple and pleasant and that's a reflection of our agent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tony is by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I found out that the lease for my chiropractic office wasn’t going to be renewed and left me in a tough position only having 30 days to find a new location. Once Tony helped me narrow down my preferred location in the Richmond District of San Francisco he had multiple listings lined up for me to view - in the middle of a pandemic! Once we found my perfect space, he took the lead and got me the best deal possible, and was also able to help with getting the building owner to put up a full wall to separate the large space into a treatment room and waiting area. Thank you Tony for making this difficult transition stress free! 10/10 I would recommend Tony!

Tony represented me as a buyer's agent for my first property in South Lake Tahoe and he proved to be an incredible agent and superb advocate! From the very first minute of my introduction to Tony, I knew I was in good hands. He was remarkably thoughtful and thorough in helping me search for potential properties, swift to set up showings, and diligent in his perspective on each place I viewed. His knowledge of the the real estate market in both Tahoe and the Bay Area is outstanding. When the time came to make an offer, he patiently walked me through the process and gave me truly valuable guidance and insight. His network of trusted vendors - contractors, painters, cleaners, etc. - was particularly impressive.
