Anna Mackler is the highest caliber realtor with whom I have ever worked -- and this is my 6th house. From start to finish, this was a stress-free, downright pleasant experience for my husband and I, and I know these are words that usually aren’t associated with buying/selling houses. Anna is experienced, extremely knowledgeable about the market, incredibly efficient in all aspects of managing the transactions, and is willing to work hard to ensure the best outcome for her clients. She works with a high quality team of professionals from painters, to stagers, to photographers to make your house look the best it has ever looked. She provided specific recommendations to prepare our house so that we could get the best price possible -- we ended up selling $30K above asking price after a bidding war. Our situation was not easy; it involved a tight timeline, coordinating with current renters, and sometimes being out of state. Anna handled it all with finesse -- she was available via text, email, and phone at all times to calm the nerves and attend to any questions. She uses Docusign (which is extremely important in terms of getting documents signed quickly and efficiently), and the settlement company that she uses was also extremely on efficient. We have recommended her to everyone we know because we had such a good experience. She is just as much a seller's agent as she is buying agent. Pro tip: Her name is pronounced “Ah-nah,” not with the harsh “A” in “An-nah.”

Anna and her team are simply the best! I work in real estate and alongside agents everyday. When it came time for me to sell my own home, there was no question who I was going to turn to. Anna is so unbelievably knowledgeable about the area and the local market. She was honest when we discussed a listing price and did not just agree with me on some unrealistic number to make me happy. She has such a terrific eye for interior design and staging as well! My house went under contract within 5 minutes of the open house starting, I couldn't have been happier with the speed and the size of the offer! Her and her team were there throughout every second of the process. They are always available and able to be reached, and make you feel like your sale is their top priority. When things popped up unexpectedly, they jumped on any problems right away and worked to resolve them before I was even aware they might exist. Selling a home is a big deal with so many moving pieces, and Anna is there every step of the way making sure everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend you trusting her with any sale or purchase and only wish I had more homes to sell so we could work together again!

We worked with Anna and her team over a roughly six-month period buying our new home and selling our old one. On both sides, the experience was exceptional. As a buyer's agent, Anna understood the rapidly changing and very competitive DC market. When we located a property, she helped us put in a strong bid. She also provided great recommendations for financing. Ultimately, our bid was accepted and we got the home of our dreams! On the seller's side, Anna had a good sense of what buyers were looking for. She helped coordinate a facelift for our old home that made it more attractive. She and her team bought materials, helped arrange contractors and pretty much took care of everything ahead of listing. We ended up with a lot of interest in the house and it sold quickly for a great price. Other members of Anna's team at Sky Group were every bit as good as she was. Everyone was extremely responsive, competent and friendly. 5.0 star reviews are a dime-a-dozen on the internet, but this was a true 5.0 star experience. We would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell.
