We have nothing but the highest praise for Andrew Herrera II, who recently helped us sell our house in the Forest Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and very efficient and effective in getting a house ready for sale. When we were first interviewing realtors, Andrew impressed us by arriving at our meeting, completely prepared, with a listing of comparable sales in our area and a recommended marketing strategy for our home. Throughout the process he had a well thought out plan of how to get top dollar for our house. He always took our questions seriously and had a logical explanation, based on his extensive experience, for the course of action he was proposing. At every step, he made it clear that the critical decisions were ours to make and that he was only offering his advice, based on his experience. We found his advice sound and followed it. We always felt Andrew was being completely honest with us and with other parties. He kept us in the loop and was always responsive. He was incredibly positive and a pleasure to work with.
