The Vaughn team (Andrew and Dana)recently helped us sell a property in Camarillo. The process was efficient and smooth. Andrew was referred to me by a friend. I hired him to help sell my mother's home. I was working very long days on a huge project and just did not have time to participate in the process at all. I had a great experience with Andrew Vaughn. He explained that his job was more service than sales. We saw that come to reality time and again with his extensive knowledge of the city, neighborhoods, and the schools are kids would be going. He knew every pro and con about the schools are kids would potentially be going to, and it meant a lot to our family as this sped up our research. Andrew was also very methodical when it came to the condition of the home. He would run us through every little issue he found when it came to the home construction, Finish, appliances, etc. When the negotiation started, we were a tad uncomfortable with the first offer, but joe assured us to be patient and hole some ground. We listened and closed on the property under asking price with some other perks Andrew negotiated. I would recommend Andrew to anyone!!
