Where do I begin? Wow! Sam, Rob and Eli were the team that I worked with. The Dynamic trio. They were courteous, extremely knowledgeable , patient but with dogged persistence to do the right thing by me and my family. I owe them a debt of gratitude I can never repay. They all went way out of their way to provide the greatest level of service. When things became complicated and hard, they took the challenge head on, always telling me the same thing. “You guys are like family, this is just what we do”. Not only do I recommend this team, I love this team. Thank you gentlemen for being so awesome!

I spoke with Barbara regarding a house I was interested in Berkeley hills. As she was explaining the property to me I had a question regarding something she mentioned and she raised her voice and started with "I said!!" As if she was frustrated she had to repeat herself. If I have question and I am an interested party; who should I go to to get my questions answered from someone who is going to display courtesy and professionalism??? Is that you?????She raised her voice as if the property was free, im her child and she is doing a favor for me. On the contrary the property is not ready and In Need of repair and it's been sitting on the websites for quite sometime. I drove by it and there is a tarp at roof level waving in the breeze. The bathroom needs a heavy cleaning the grout is jet black the kitchen has no top cabinets. I have never seen that before coming here. That’s an incomplete kitchen. On top of that she tells me that there will be another creep living on the property with my family in a separate building while I’m at work. For that price I have a creep on property. lady tells me the property needs repair so it's not ready to rent and has me questions why it's even posted and I'm here saying let's negotiate. She tells me Nice backyard but it’s wouldn’t be mine because it belongs to the deer and they don’t want them disturbed. What if I want to have a family barbecue? Do the deers pay rent? If I were in that profession and a property was sitting and I have a party willing to negotiate and make a deal I would not act unprofessional because I had to repeat an answer to a question that makes no sense but it does make sense now why that property is sitting because interested parties have to make that call to speak to her and she's rude. Gustavo Lopez agent texts me saying contact him with any questions. After speaking with her I text him questions and he didn’t even attempt to answer any of them he said I will inquire with Barbara regarding my questions and left it at that. Why do you say contact you with questions only to not attempt to answer any of them. So he told me he is going to ask Barbara why HE sent a text asking me to contact him with any questions. (WOW)

I was in the process of finding a second house in San Francisco when a friend who I've known for 32 years told me Maureen "Mo" Couture would be the perfect fit for my needs. Not only did she drop what she was doing, she offered to meet the same day. I told her what I required in my search and she had a house for me that fit that afternoon. I was blown away by her Professionalism, her knowledge and willing to find what I desired. I felt an immediate connection with Mo and felt like I have known her all my life! Thank you so much Mo! I'm so happy with my new place!
