I met Amanda a little over a year ago and she has helped me buy and sell multiple properties in that time. In a word, she is amazing. Her background in construction has proven to be exponentially valuable and her natural instincts are always spot on. She helped identify several properties that I would not have known about without her connections. She is tenacious and trustworthy, in addition to being a ton of fun to work with! Her laugh is infectious and her good nature makes working with her an absolute joy. I never felt stressed during the process with her and she always made me at ease with her advice and knowledge. 6 out of 5 stars, I will absolutely be using her for all of my real estate needs in the future.

Amanda is honestly amazing! I randomly was linked with Amanda through Zillow and I thank the universe every day that that happened! We were first time home buyers with a very bad lender and Amanda saved the day by helping us find a new lender immediately and got our loan saved. We would have lost our house offer without her. Overall Amanda is a very hard-working and honest real estate agent. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and completely understanding of what you’re looking for in a home. If we liked a house, she would fight to get us the chance to view it and if we didn’t like the house, she wasn’t pushy about trying to convince us to buy it. She really is the perfect real estate agent!

Amanda’s dedication to us exceeded all expectations. Amanda made sure to keep us informed, educated on processes, negotiated on our behalf, and cared greatly to help us land the home we were searching for. Her experience and market knowledge is invaluable. Amanda has extensive experience all over the county. She helped us find our new home in Oceanside and sold our condo above ask in Mission Valley, listed for only 5 days! If you’re interested in the details, below is our experience and story. We had some friends of friends that were realtors, but with this being the most important purchase of our lives, we knew we wanted a credible and experienced agent. We got a tip to look at Serri Home’s and put an inquiry in on their website Amanda grabbed that inquiry quickly. Already impressed with how responsive and eager Amanda was. Maxwell and I knew our budget, and not much else on where to look next. We knew North County was generally where we needed to look to due affordability and proximity to work as compared to the City of San Diego. We met Amanda at an outdoor coffee shop (COVID protocols and all) she invested a lot of time upfront on showing us the different neighborhoods, discussed the pros and cons, and vetted our concerns. When we found the one we wanted to put an offer in on, we were in great hands. We actually offered below ask. Amanda was spot on with the communication and delivery of our offer. After weeks of uncertainty, Amanda called and let us know the seller accepted our offer! If it wasn’t for Amanda working with the sellers agent on comp reviews and emphasizing our credibility and offer, the seller likely wouldn’t have budged. During the inspection process, a handful of items came up. Amanda calmed us down on many areas, but went above and beyond for the 1 or 2 items that were highly important to us. We could have lost the house, but Amanda did everything she could and with her experience knew what to do to help both us and the seller stay happy in the transaction. This is where having a top agent, that has great experience, fabulous personal skills, is greatly valuable. We got through the process and are beyond happy to know we found the home for us. Meanwhile, we had our condo to sell. Amanda walked us through our options on how to time the sale. It was in our best interest to not have a contingent sale (recommended by Amanda). We got our house ready to show as soon as we found the new house and waived contingencies. Amanda recommended ways to declutter and to help stage our place. She had professional photos taken and a video! It showed so well, we had over 13 tours in one weekend. Amanda pulled comps in the area, took into consideration our need to have a quick sale, so we didn’t have 2 mortgages going at the same time, and recommended a listing price. It was exactly the range we needed to attract many tours and qualified buyers. She helped us vet the 5 offers we received and went under contract 5 days after the listing went active. The sales process was so smooth, thank goodness because we were also still in the purchasing process of the new home, then had to move etc. Craziest 60 days of our lives. The best part of the whole deal is we just absolutely loved working with Amanda. She is so positive, fun, and has the best laugh. Her burrito and donut recommendations are on point! You want someone as dedicated and driven as Amanda, but also has only the best interest for you in mind. She truly wants to help you find the home you want and listens to your needs. Her network also helped greatly in getting our condo sold so quickly. I will recommend Amanda to all of my friends and family and hope you get an opportunity to work with her as well.

The Serri Home Team is just what I was looking for. I researched for a few days and I was looking for the best, I found them. We were assigned Amanda Olivas as our realtor. We had some real estate, rental property we needed to sell near San Diego, actually Oceanside, CA. Our property was listed on a Friday, we received multiple offers and accepted the best coming in at almost 5%, 30,000 more than asking. We closed escrow in 21 days. SOLD The experience was a pleasure, Amanda and her team are excellent.The Serri Home Team, I could not have asked for more. I did my research and they proved they belong at the top.
