Oliver Luxury Real Estate led the competition throughout 2017, outselling all the others in lakefront purchases. Oliver agents listed and sold 19 lakefront homes in Lake Tahoe. Those transactions, coupled with the 13 lakefront buyers we also represented, put us well ahead of all other area firms. The lake-wide figures included 90 sales and pending closures. The second most successful company was involved with only 18 lakefront transactions. Oliver Luxury Real Estate has been a consistent leader in the sale of luxury lakefront homes since 2014.
