Becarful of these realtors there, Calah Granger and Alec Hutton. They will promise you everything in order to get the deal done, after close escrow, they denied their promises. I am not sure other realtor agent's knowledge at that firm, but Alec has no experience at ALL. He told me that we could build the storage house by the Dock, he also told me that there are no property tax for the Dock... I found out that all of those information are incorrect. I screenshoot our conversation that they promise to pay for the electrical panel and credit me $10,000 from their commission. Now they deny the promise. Very tricky and not honest. I hope this information can help anyone who are trying to find a realiable agent to help you to get the house up on the mountain.

Alec is a great resource to have when looking for a home. He was patient with us as we looked for a future home for my family and brought in alot of knowledge when it came to upgrades we were looking to do. His expertise in load bearing walls, property lines, build outs, retaining walls and other miscellaneous construction. His insight actually saved us from purchasing a home that would cost us a fortune in repairs down the road.
