We worked with Alana to find a home and then again to sell, both of which we did in a pretty wild real estate market. She was invaluable on advising us on what to do and what not to do to get our house ready to list. After coming up with a timeline, we asked if it was possible to move it up a couple weeks and Alana quickly went to work and organized everything in a week to get us on the market. Our neighbors raved about her neighbor sneak and peek and she simply went above and beyond. After receiving multiple strong offers, with great negotiations by Alana, we were able to cancel the second scheduled open house. The entire process felt very simple and Alana kept us informed and updated throughout it all. We couldn't recommend her enough!
