This is the second time my wife and I have had Kris Moxley as our realtor and she delivered the best home buying experience both times. The first experience we were first time home buyers back in 2012 which is really nerve racking as a 25 year old couple who had no idea what we were doing. She was patient and worked with us as we looked at different properties and figured out what we even wanted in a house. After this experience we knew we had a realtor we wanted to recommend, and continue being in contact with for the future. This last summer my wife and I saw the PERFECT house come on to the market 3 months after our son was born. We were not mentally prepared to go through the process of buying contingent on selling our house, but we knew the stress and inconvenience was worth it for this forever house that we so badly wanted. Kris worked with us the entire time to ease our minds of the overwhelming task ahead of us, and helped us take it one step at a time. We committed to selling on a Tuesday, the house was on the market that Thursday, open houses Saturday and Sunday, we accepted an offer Monday afternoon and wrote an offer that same Monday evening. We had 5 offers on our house and the one we wanted had 9 offers. I truly believe we got the house of our dreams due to Kris's attention to detail and the fact that she made us buying this house a personal goal of hers. Needless to say this was very stressful, however with Kris's help the entire time it went very smooth. The communication lines were completely open the entire time and she was always available to answer questions and talk out our worries at any time of day. You could not ask for a better agent than Kris Moxley. Kris listened to our buying needs, wants, and limits and MADE it happen for us. Kris is patient, attentive, and FIGHTS for her clients. We felt protected and secure working with Kris. She has a wealth of experience and knows immediately how to interpret various aspects of the process (from home inspection reports, to values, to neighborhood assessments etc). And once we were in our beautiful new home, Kris worked her magic to secure us all the homeowner items we need. By this I mean she worked with other buyers and sellers to funnel us such necessities as a lawn mower, a washer/dryer, patio furniture, et al. We LOVED working with Kris and would most certainly work with her again when the time comes.

When it came time to sell our house due to a relocation — on a tight 10-day preparation timeline, during the pandemic — we interviewed multiple realtors. While all assured us that the house would sell quickly, most had hoops for us to jump through to make it easy for *them*. Kris assessed the situation and gave us a plan and a schedule that made it easier for *us*. With her team, the house was prepped, staged, and photographed beautifully. She scheduled a single day for us to review our numerous offers, simplifying the selection process. We accepted a strong offer that was well over asking price. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. If you’re planning to sell your home, I highly recommend Kris.

Kris Moxley is a true professional and a very kind person. Our situation was difficult as it involved an "as is" estate home sale. There were various factors that required patience and Kris navigated them with grace and ease. She also didn't skip a beat when it came time to list and sell as we were under deadline. Kris went above and beyond assisting with finicky requirements unique to the sale of this home and the home closed within deadline. We are so grateful for her and the Alain Pinel Team.
