Al sold our property for more than our asking price and was able to close in 30 days. That was amazing but even more amazing is his passion and honesty we got to experience with Al. It was a pleasure to witness how Al TRULY puts  his clients top priority. I have another property to sell in a few months and fortunately for me I have a Realtor Al Moridi. Al and his team not only were able to sell my home quickly, but it was a true pleasure working with a world-class team who took the time to care for my needs. Al came and met me to discuss how the process would go. He walked me through all of my options and  made me feel part of the selling process and was very up front. He spoke with me as if we were family. He is a warm-hearted guy! We happened to stop by during the open house and his team member at first didn’t know I owned the house and he greeted us so nicely and professionally. It’s so nice to know that you are being taken care of and represented by such esteemed individuals. We trust JP Moridi 100%. We had been in the market with a different realtor for 4 months before we met JP. JP got us our home bid accepted within 5 days of meeting him. Two years later, we were ready for our second home and JP found us a house off market in the coveted Birdland neighbourhood of Sunnyvale. Even though he knew that we wanted to buy the house even at a high price, he negotiated down the price for us by 100K!!! Since then we've referred JP to over 10 of our close friends and JP has helped all of them successfully. A large percentage of those referrals got their first bids accepted which is so rare in this area. JP has become family to us over time.
