Aileen made the sale of my house as stress-free and easy as possible. Since I had already located to in California. I was happy Aileen took charge. She is organized.She organize all contractor work that was needed in arranged for stager, cleaning crew and inspection people and met them there. Aileen goes above and beyond what is expected as a realtor. She suggested the list price and managed the showings and reviewed multiple offers selling over the list price.
