When I decided to purchase a home, Adrian was one of several realtors recommended to me by friends. After my first meeting with him, I didn't need to talk to anyone else -- I knew he would be the perfect realtor for me and my house and I was right! We all know the Pandemic changed the real estate market, and also changed the way people do business. A lot of agents haven't adapted and are still selling homes in the 'traditional' manner. Adrian has not only adapted, he's innovated while still maintaining the 'traditional' values of integrity and compassion. My purchase was a bit complicated -- involving a renovation, a move out of state, and last minute delay with the seller paperwork -- but Adrian always made sure to keep me updated on what I needed to know while at the same time giving me the confidence that he was handling the day to day issues so I didn't have to. I followed Adrian’s advice on 98% of everything we did and on the 2% I felt strongly about how he listened to my reasoning and found a way to make my wishes work with his plans. Now that everything is finished and bought, I have no regrets about choosing to work with Adrian and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone else looking for a realtor! My husband and I just happened to find Adrian through online recommendations and we are soooo grateful that we did! From the start, Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly gracious with his time and expertise. He walked us through the process of selling our home providing suggestions and recommendations along the way. He kept us informed and always followed up. He is amazing at what He does with his savviness and and astute understanding of the market. He sold our house in 5 days and got us an offer in 1 day!!!!
