Had such a great experience with Mike! He was very professional and was able to execute the job lightning fast. From quote to completion was under 48 hours! He made the process really easy and the cost was extremely fair. I had an old fixture on my patio that wasn't functional for some time, we installed a chandelier as well as figuring out power. It was so great to find someone that is trustworthy and knowledgeable to help with making my new home look fabulous. I'm really happy with the results and highly recommend him!

Mike arrived on time with all his equipment, including an extra long ladder. He had his intern Carl with him. Both men were very polite, respectful and wore masks. Mike proceeded to remove my old chandelier which was heavy and high and hung my new one quickly and easily. He mentioned that some wiring in the new one was deficient but he quickly resolved the problem. He didn’t like the way the new chandelier had smudges so he offered to clean it for me while he was up on the ladder. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. Also, his price is very reasonable.

Mike is great. Major issues with ancient heater deep in the belly of my old house. He got it working, made it safe and clean again as the accumulation of dog hair was incredible and a major fire hazard. Mike got down and dirty under the house discovering my unit hadn’t been inspected in 30 years. Will use him for inevitable installation of new heater down the road (but for now I’m good thanks to him) and any further electric or AC needs. Highly recommend.

Timely, organized, and well priced! Mike Jay and the team at 310 Electric, diagnosed and fixed my broken HVAC unit quickly and with a smile. He also, using plain English, made sure in understood which parts I needed and why, making me feel more comfortable about moving forward with the job. They even went out of their way to organize and twist-tie all the electrical components when finishing up the job.
